Description
HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver the HIE Impact Women Programme; The programme aims to support a target of 30 participants. The participants will be women in a leadership role in an enterprise already trading (with a minimum annual turnover of GBP 25,000) and not exceeding the SME classification, with growth aspirations. Women either advancing in a leadership role within an existing organisation or growing their own organisation will be eligible to participate. This programme will be open to businesses and social enterprises (hereinafter referred to as organisations) within the HIE region. The supplier will be responsible for participant recruitment, delivery of two in-person residential workshops, design and facilitation of a series of virtual webinars, provision of online one-to-one mentoring support, and overall programme administration and reporting. The programme will be jointly funded by the Scottish Government and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE).
