Description
The Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust is seeking a consultant to produce a costed business plan for this Grade 1 listed building. St Mary's is currently owned by Gateshead Council, who operate it as a heritage centre, wedding venue and events space.
The key question that this business plan will consider is 'What actions are required to ensure that St Mary's can be run viably and sustainably in community hands for the long-term benefit of the community'
