Procurement Across London (PAL) Framework Agreement for the Supply and delivery of fresh fruit and vegetables to schools, academies, free schools both existing and yet to be established, as well as other Council Premises, within the London Boroughs of Havering, Tower Hamlets, , Enfield, Barking and Dagenham, Newham,and Thurrock Unitary Authority.
