Description

The University of the West of England, Bristol, runs several European Regional Development Funded (ERDF) projects. Each of these projects has an evaluation requirement known as Summative Assessment (SA).

We are looking for an external consultant to undertake the SA on our Digital Innovation 4 Growth (DI4G) Programme. DI4G started on 1 January 2020 and closes on 31 December 2022. The budget for this work is approximately £19,000 inc. VAT.

DI4G has 3 streams of activity, aiming to support 100 SMEs: • Business support grant funding - £1m of grants between £10k and £40k for SMEs in the West of England to help them undertake innovative digital research & development (one round of funding has opened and closed, with another planned for later in the year). • Innovation Hackathons (up to 6 hackathons yet to take place) • Digital Incubation support at our graduate incubator (Launch Space)

Information about the grant funding element (known publicly as the Digital Innovation Fund) can be found via the dedicated website: www.digitalinnovationfund.co.uk
