Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry out the construction of a new three classroom single storey extension at: Fairfield First School Stourbridge Road Fairfield Bromsgrove Worcestershire B61 9LZ. The works consists of: Construction of a three classroom single storey extension, including internal alterations to allow access to the extension, external canopy, reinstatement of hard play, replacement of staff parking, ecological enhancement and demolition of and existing temporary double classroom and reinstatement work. Site Visits: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works within a live school environment. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier. If a tender is accepted there will not be a contract until the Authority's offer has been accepted by the tenderer.
