Description
This role is intended to provide senior associate level support within the developer services market team. Whilst we currently expect this role to focus on our monitoring activities, there is the possibility that the role will focus on some other element of the developer services market (in discussion and agreement between Ofwat and the successful contractor). As a result we are looking for transferable skills that could address a variety of different policy issues within developer services markets.
We expect you will form a key part of a focussed team monitoring aspects of developer services, likely with a particular focus on new connection charges. This will involve using a range of techniques including analytical techniques to draw insight and conclusions from a wide variety of evidence (both quantitative and qualitative), and reporting on findings for potential publication.
