Hywel Dda University Health Board is offering a tender opportunity for suppliers to bid for the provision of the Licences, Maintenance & Support for the following products:
Lilie Sexual Health Management System - Support & Maintenance Annual Support: 25 Lilie Concurrent User Licences Lilie Contraceptive & Reproductive Heath Module Lilie SMS Text Messaging Module HL7 Lab Interface (or HL7 Order Comms) Lilie Prescribing Module
Helpdesk availability for telephone support required: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. If available, please also submit quote for Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 12 Midday. Email support also required.

Category 4: Help with applications, training needs, further, non-urgent configuration to all modules.
