Alternatively, and whilst it is our client's strong preference to enter into an agreement for lease with an operator, we are also instructed to invite offers on a Freehold or Long Leasehold basis as an alternative basis to your occupational interest or if you are not able to put forward an offer on a leasehold basis.

Whilst our client will carefully consider all offers, they are not obliged to accept the highest or indeed any offer received.
