Description

The service we require includes:

• Twice-annual servicing of the air quality monitoring station equipment and visual inspection of air conditioning equipment. • A call-out service for any responsive repairs required (to both the air quality monitoring equipment and the air conditioning units within the monitoring stations). • Replacement and calibration of gas cylinders. • Insurance policy/ies to cover all costs in relation to responsive repairs of the air quality monitoring equipment and air conditioning equipment.

All prices quoted shall include all costs, including parts and operator consumables and remain fixed for two years. Your quote shall also include:

• Gas calibration To include the supply of gas cylinders (unlimited number of replacement cylinders during the contract period), including delivery, cylinder rental and gas supply.

• Air Conditioning Each site is air conditioned to protect the monitoring equipment (see table above). We require 2 inspection visits per year (in accordance with our requirements set out in the table above) to inspect for visual damage. We also require insurance cover to cover the cost of any responsive repairs required to the air conditioning system, together with any damage caused to the air quality monitoring equipment caused by the failure of the air conditioning system. This should include all expenses (including parts in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, labour, travelling and subsistence) associated with this element of the service.

• Responsive Repairs In addition to the scheduled maintenance requirements set out above we also require a responsive repairs service. This will cover both the air quality monitoring and air conditioning equipment. The call-out response time required is within 48 hours of notification being made (where any such notification is outside of normal working hours then this will commence from 9am of the next working day). We require insurance cover to include all expenses (including parts in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, labour, travelling and subsistence) associated with this element of the service.
