Description
A three year contract for grounds maintenance for all Reserve establishments and Cadet establishments, covering the following areas - Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Shropshire, Hertfordshire and Worcestershire.
The following criteria requirements must be met and provided when submitting a tender quote.
Contractors must be part of Constructline.
Public Liability Insurance.
Employers Liability Insurance.
Risk assessment and Method Statements for all activities including Gas - LPG sites.

Site plans are available but these will only be available once contractor has shown interest to submit a quote plans are not scaled. It is suggested contractors complete a desk top exercise with google maps to assist in providing a quote.
