The GCC New Office Building a four storey 70,000 sq.ft building at completed shell and core stage (ready for internal fit out). There are two basement floors which make up part of the common underground carpark. Some space in the basement areas will form part of the GCC dedicated space with the office building. The office buildings at Crown Square are designed to minimise environmental impact for future generations. As part of the design process, particular emphasis has been placed on using sustainable energy sources without compromising on performance. The buildings will be required to achieve LEED Gold Compliance, NZEB and have an A2 Energy Rating. These measures will all assist occupants in attaining Carbon Neutrality as part of their Corporate Social Responsibilities.
