Description
Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) as the Architect for the design and build contract (JCT 2016) to be entered into in connection with the site at CHERRY BOUNCE As a minimum requirement, all bidders must have acted in the capacity of an Architect for either a Local Authority or Registered Social Landlord on two schemes in the last two years. The services provided are to be in line with the 'Architect - Scope of Services' and 'Project Brief' which will form the agreement.
