Description

**NOTE - For the avoidance of doubt, this project is separate to LYP 03517 (Core services to the mHabitat programme) and is to be treated by bidders as such. Any suppliers wishing to bid for both projects must submit separate documentation through each of the project pages via the In-Tend portal. These two tenders will each establish separate frameworks, one for Core services and one for Support**

This ITT has been issued by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Its purpose is to invite tenders from suitably experienced and qualified supplier(s) of digital health solutions through one or more of technology development and application, co-design, inclusion, policy and strategy, evidence and evaluation.

The services sourced under this agreement will directly support the Trust's mHabitat (Mobile Health) team in improving health, care and other public services; specifically through the use of technology/digital innovation.

This process will establish a framework agreement in accordance with the Specification(s) within this document, and in line with NHS Framework terms and conditions of contract.

The framework shall have an initial term of 1 year with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The total length of the framework shall not exceed 2 years in total. For clarity, and in accordance with the NHS Framework terms and conditions, admittance to the framework will not constitute a guarantee of any volumes of work.
