Description
The servicing and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment including:
a)Walk-in cold rooms and catering fridges, mortuary fridges/freezers. Associated alarm systems (from fridge/freezers to indicating panels).
b)Split air conditioning systems, packaged air conditioning systems, compressors and condensers.
c)Management of contract
â¢Management and supervision of all works carried out by Contractor, including scheduling and organisation of works; â¢Risk assessment of Contractor activities, and development, implementation and review of health and safety and safe systems of work; â¢Management and upkeep of electronic and hard copy logbooks for Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KGH) buildings and systems; â¢Upkeep and updating of operational information; â¢Identification of all items of equipment and bar coding (including tracking system); â¢Notification to KGH of non-conformities (via routine reports); â¢Production of reports, regular and ad hoc (log of quantities that are not achieved); â¢Attendance at regular meetings;
