This Contract will deliver external improvements to Council Properties by carrying out: Responsive Revenue Repair (Circa £1k) (P3B) Programmed Capital Works (P5) - To include, Fencing, Slabbing , Retaining Walls, Community, Estate Improvements & minor structural repairs
