NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, acting as lead commissioner for NHS South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group, Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council seek to commission Community Health & Wellbeing Services for Children and Young People in Devon.
Lot 1 - Community Health and Wellbeing Services for Children and Young People in Devon - North, East, West Devon, South Devon and Torbay
Lot 2 - Community Health, Wellbeing and SEND Support Services - Plymouth
This procurement is being managed by NHS South, Central & West Commissioning Support Unit Procurement Team on behalf of the Commissioners.

NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, acting as lead commissioner for NHS South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group and Torbay Council seek to commission Community Health & Wellbeing Services for Children and Young People in North, East, West Devon, South Devon and Torbay.
A Section 75 agreement will be in place between Devon County Council and Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group for the commissioning of some of the services in this procurement.

Child & Adolescent Community Mental Health Services (CAMHs)
Children Looked After Nursing service
Nursing and administration contribution to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) processes
Children's Learning Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
SEND and Children with Additional Needs and Long Term Conditions:
Nursing and Community Support to include: Community Children's Nursing (incl. specialist school nursing; Palliative care)
Neuro disability and Integrated Therapies to include: Children's Speech & Language therapy (incl. Early Years Language Consultant Torbay)
Children's Occupational Therapy (NHS and Social Care)
Children's Physiotherapy
Specialist Children's Assessment Centres
