Description
We are looking for a Provider(s) to enable NYCC to meet its statutory duty to homeless young people in the county in an innovative and sustainable way. The following provides a breakdown of key outcomes for the service.
Pathway 1
⢠Partnership working delivering a coordinated and consistent approach to prevention and reduction of youth homelessness in accordance with the Homeless Reduction Act 2018. ⢠Understanding the young person's network to enable a return to family or kinship through mediation where safe and sustainable ⢠Advocacy and provision of emergency accommodation where needed. ⢠Enabling young people to engage in education, employment and training and to prepare for independence
