Description
North Lincolnshire Borough Council (the Authority) proposes to establish the next generation of the North Lincolnshire Council General Building and Highways Professional Services Framework Agreement, to assist with the delivery of the Authority's Construction and Highways related work.
It will include individual lots for Construction (General Building Services Lot 1) and Highways Related Services Professional services (Lot 2). Other key features include:. â¢Services range in value from £1 to £500,000 (Lot 1) per call off â¢Four-year duration â¢Potential total workload of up to £6 million (total of both lots) â¢Call offs will be under the NEC4 term service short contract â¢Other Local Authorities in the Yorkshire and Humber region will be able to call off the Framework
It is expected that companies who are appointed to the frameworks will; â¢Work closely with the authority's internal works and technical resources, framework contactors and the authority's other external partners and suppliers. â¢Engage with the principles of collaborative working â¢Bring social value benefits to improve economic, social and environmental well being â¢Engage with the council to meet the target for all projects to be completed by utilising BIM (Building Information Modelling) Level 2
Those applicants that pass the supplier selection questionnaire (PAS91) will be invited to a scored presentation during the 2/3 week of the evaluation period. Further details will be issued.
