Description
The Council is seeking to appoint a conservation-accredited Architect (AABC or RIBA SCA), building surveyor or architectural technologist lead consultant to undertake a comprehensive condition survey on a Listed Building to understand the current condition of the property including costings for repair.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
