Description
Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of Fire Sprinkler Suppression to High-Rise Block [Alpha House- Coventry] to ensure the safety of the building and residents, representing value for money. We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service provider with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers. The estimated value of the Project will be Based on Tender Returns with an agreement to complete March 2021.Citizen plans to divide the provision of the service into 1 Lot, as described. However, you should note that we reserve the right to combine and/ or let other Lots in the way most beneficial to us and our customers.
