Description
Public Health Division is inviting organisations, separately or as part of a partnership consortium / consortia) to provide information to citizens who have existing health conditions to enable them to: o understand their perspectives of COVID-19, o help them access support to better manage their health conditions and reduce risk, o provide networks for early awareness and intervention if there are increased concerns around subsequent waves of COVID-19.
