Description
To provide a comprehensive proactive Mental Health, Wellbeing, CBT and Psychological Treatment Service to the employees of West Midlands Fire Service. This will be a confidential service with a primary aim of treating individuals who are experiencing mental health problems and advising the OH service on organisational support strategies to aid their recovery.
