Fire Risk Assessments for the Housing Portfolio
Central Bedfordshire Council's Housing Service wishes to employ a competent, qualified person/company to review fire risk assessments and prepare new risk assessments as required for our Housing Portfolio.
Properties will include: Sheltered or Independent Living Schemes Communal areas/blocks of multiple occupancy (flats) Temporary Accommodation /Houses of Multiple Occupation Gypsy & Traveller site offices Others as required.
It is intended that the contract will start in September 2018 and is for 2 years

Deadline for Expressions of interest and availability of downloading documents Monday 16th July 2018.
Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
