Description
Contract to deliver and manage the maintenance of Central Bedfordshire Councils In House Fleet.
Contract length 5 year plus 1 year + 1 year Contract Start date 01/04/2018
Tender process - OJEU 'OPEN'
This tender is split into two lots.
Lot 1 - North - This lot covers the North area of Central Bedfordshire and includes Biggleswade, Ampthill, Sandy and Bedford. These are the main areas but should not be considered an inclusive list. Number of vehicles covered by this lot at the time of tender is 43. Vehicle range from car derived vans through to welfare vehicles with tail lifts/ramps and agricultural machinery.
Lot 2 - South - This lot cover the South area of Central Bedfordshire and includes Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard. These are the main areas but should not be considered an inclusive list. Number of vehicles covered by this lot at the time of tender is 21. Vehicles range from car derived vans through to welfare vehicles with tail lifts/ramps and agricultural machinery. Lots will be awarded separately though bidders can apply for both Lots. There are 2 separate pricing schedules for each Lot

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
Your Tender must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 22/02/2018. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
