Description
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of the refurbishment of the Ground Floor Wat Tyler House (West) Swindon to create a new "One Stop Shop".
Project Description
The contractor will be required to undertake the following works:
⢠External and Internal Works ⢠Joinerworks - fitting out ⢠Plumbing and Drainage Works ⢠Decorations and Finishing including carpeting ⢠Electrical & Mechanical Works including the design thereof ⢠Associated works including the removal and disposal of waste and clean up of works as appropriate
The contract term will be 8 weeks.
