Description
NHS England Midlands & East (East) is intending to commission a provider to deliver a Liaison & Diversion Service in Cambridgeshire with an enhanced women's pathway.
Liaison and Diversion services aim to support people early in the criminal justice pathway and aim to operate in police investigation centres, magistrates & crown courts and other sites. The service intends to provide rapid assessment and signposting to a range of services including support with people with MH issues, LD, substance misuse, and other health and social needs. The Commissioner wishes to extend the scope of the service to provide in reach Liaison and Diversion services to remand prisons in the regions to ensure continuity of care between police custody and prisons.
The contract is anticipated to commence on 1st April 2019 for a duration of 5 years. Estimated Annual Contract Value: £1 million per annum

Please note the deadline for registering your interest to attend the Market Engagement event is 4pm on 22nd June 2018. Please note that an expression of interest in this market event will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise. Any procurement(s) conducted as a result of this event will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it may be published.
