As detailed within the previous PIN (2017/S 179-365997), Essex County Council is conducting a series of market engagement events for those interested in delivering external fostering placements for children and young people up to the age of 18 in Essex. Essex County Council would like to invite organisations to attend the third market engagement event which will take place on 24th July 2018 from 12:00 until 14:30 at the Chapter House, Cathedral Walk, Chelmsford CM1 1NX in the St Cedds room.
