Description
Tenders are invited from organisation that have the resources and ability to carry out the re-roofing and repair works to Burnley Town Hall (Listed building). The works inolves re-roofing the Town Hall including the repair and/or replacement of associated rainwater goods. Works will also include repairs to clock tower roof, localised repointing and redecoration of existing windows. See tender documents for specification/ schedule of works on www.the-chest.org.uk

The value of the contract stated in this notice merely stipulate the Council's anticipated range of value for this work.
