Description
Manor Court - Boiler Replacement
Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Boiler Replacement works for our supported housing property at Manor Court, Caddington, LU1 4AE. The property serves 29 units.
Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves in the boiler room.
We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents while providing an efficient and effective service.
It is intended that work will start in July 2018 and take 8 weeks to complete.
