The Council is currently reviewing whether there is a commercially viable model to partner in the delivery of a café at its crematorium on Huntingdon Road. As part of that option appraisal, the council is seeking to understand: ⢠If such an operation would be considered commercial viable by the industry, and, if so ⢠What would the operating and contractual model look like? Please advise your preferred option commercial arrangement for example: ⢠Full market rent ⢠Subsidised/Stepped rent and open book share of gross turnover ⢠Open book share of gross turnover ⢠What food offer would you deem to be most suitable for this market? ⢠What would you expect annual customer numbers to be?
