The current income system covers multiple payment channels as listed below: Face to Face, including chip and pin and contactless, at over 50 outlets around the city; Mediated telephone payments (MOTO) at our contact centre(s); Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) telephone payments line; Internet Payments; Central payments portal; 3rd party application integration; E-forms (Firmstep) integration; External (e-commerce); Internal (MOTO); National portal integrations. Kiosks (Currently Banking Automation); Paypoint Parking; Car park and on street parking; Cashless parking; Bank Payments; Mobile payments (Barclays Pingit); Online; QR codes. Bailiffs and DWP payments. We are committed to fairness and transparency in all of our procurement activity.
