Cambridgeshire Virtual School requires a cloud-based Attendance Monitoring Service to support the tracking, reporting, and analysis of attendance for Children in Care.\r \r The system must enable the Local Authority to:\r · Monitor daily attendance in near real time\r · Identify absence patterns quickly\r · Intervene promptly where concerns arise\r · Maintain accurate, auditable attendance records\r \r The solution should support both automated and manual attendance collection methods, ensuring full coverage across all education providers regardless of system capability.\r \r This requirement focuses solely on attendance monitoring and reporting, excluding any Electronic Personal Education Plan (ePEP) functionality.
