The scope of the works to be carried out under this contract includes: ⢠Fire Risk Assessments to Christian Action Housing's property stock, on a yearly program ⢠Update and create an emergency fire evacuation plan for each property, including floor plans ⢠Carry out post inspection of Fire Safety works. ⢠Contract duration for 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 3 years (reviewed on yearly intervals). ⢠Contract to start in February 2019.
