Description
Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Measured Surveys and AutoCAD Drafting Services.
It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required:
⢠Measured surveys of building and units in the Covered Market and preparation of floor plans, elevations and sections, on CAD ⢠Preparation of plans for inclusion in leases ⢠Preparation of drawings for improvements and alterations ⢠Preparation of documentation and submission of schemes for Planning Permission and Listed Building consent ⢠Preparation of documentation and submission of schemes for Building Regulation approval ⢠Deliver electronic drawings in AutoCAD ⢠To adopt policies and procedures recommended in BS8541 and BS13567 ⢠To deliver information in DWG, DXF,RVT,SKP and PDF formats ⢠To deliver drawings and BIM files to BS1192 and the City Council's BIM Standards
