Description
WM Housing Group wishes to tender for the provision of office cleaning services for Worcester to ensure that the Group receives an excellent service, which represents value for money.
WM Housing Group is seeking to procure the services from a suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of the Group and its customers.
The building is set to have a full internal refurbishment completed during October and November. Copies of the proposed plans have been included into the tender pack and the costs submitted should reflect this change.
