Description
The ESC is seeking "First Level Controllers" (FLCs) for potentially three different projects (3 Lots) in which the ESC is participating; each will be procured under a separate Lot. For each project, the FLC shall carry out all duties of the role as set out in the respective programme manual, official guidance documents and regulations.
