Description
The proposal is to provide highways development management consultancy support to provide a responsive service to the Highways Development Management Team including: ⢠Providing timely responses to planning applications; ⢠Assisting in the assessment of: Technical Notes; Scoping Assessments; Transport Assessments; Transport Statements and modelling supporting these; ⢠Assessing the modelling requirements for MDAs; ⢠Assist in assessment of Major Development Areas funded through PPAs; ⢠Appeal/Inquiry Support; ⢠Assessment of reserved matters applications; ⢠Discharge of Condition Applications; ⢠Attendance at meetings with developers in relation to specific applications; ⢠Section 106 Negotiations; ⢠Provide Highways Technical Expertise at planning committees.
