The Children's Commissioner's Office (known throughout as the 'Authority') wishes to appoint a suitable organisation to undertake the development of strategic communications to support future business plans.
The service required includes: ⢠The development of strategic communication approaches for 2017/19 to achieve impact ⢠The development of strategic messages to support impact ⢠The development of a strategic communication plan ⢠A review of digital and social media approaches and recommendations of strategic developments
