Additional information: The Council hosts an in-house Learning and Development team that deliver and commission learning solutions to and for a variety of customers: *Internal Social Work and Health & Social Care Workforce *External Health and Social Care Providers, contracted to deliver care and support (Residential, *Domiciliary etc.) *School support staff (teachers, office workers) *Internal Corporate workforce Whilst the Learning and Development Service has internal trainers and an administration service, it does not have the capacity to meet the needs of all its customers.
