Cefas require a quotation for the provision to provide an Electronic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Management software solution. Features must include:
â¢Automated updates (when new SDS become available) â¢Automatic notification of updates via email to groups and individuals â¢Provision of a comparison service for updated SDS â¢Multiple access permissions for users/system administrators as defined by Cefas â¢Search functions searchable by a variety of means e.g. CAS, EINCS, chemical name, synonym H-Statement etc. â¢Production of customisable reports e.g. locations, quantities, classifications. â¢Production of printable substance emergency response cards â¢SDS authoring â¢Simultaneous access for 10 users â¢Up to 3000 SDS
