The Scope of the procurement is for the Service, Maintenance and ongoing Technical Support of 4 x Illumina NextSeq 2000 systems. The NextSeq systems are required to run sequences of positive covid-19 samples within the two NHS Sequencing laboratories established to deliver the service. Calling off the Public Health England National Microbiology Framework Agreement – Ref 5657 by direct Purchase Order. Illumina are listed within this Framework and an awarded Supplier.
