Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Quantity Surveying Services. It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required:
⢠Costing Schedules of Dilapidations ⢠Budgetary costing of refurbishment schemes on sketch schemes ⢠Budgetary costing of new build schemes (residential and commercial) on sketch schemes ⢠Detailed costings for new build and refurbishment schemes, from detailed drawings and specifications ⢠Checking and analysing costs submitted by contractors and advising if value for money has been achieved ⢠Value engineering of schemes, post tender
