Description
The Regional Investment Programme (RIP) seeks to provide Commercial and Procurement support to its teams located across the network. For the past 6 months this support has been delivered at a programme level with targeted interventions, focussed on delivering best value and Highways England's Delivery Plan commitments in line with its core objectives.
