Description
Spelthorne Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provisions of consultancy services for the redevelopment of Benwell House, Sunbury. The tender is divided into the following lots:
o Lot 1 (Project Manager) o Lot 2 (Architect) o Lot 3 (Quantity Surveyor) o Lot 4 (Structural Engineer) o Lot 5 (MEP)
