THE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO NUMBERS 3,200 CURRENTLY AND IS EXPECTED TO BE 5,000 IN 3 YEARS AND 25,000 IN 10 YEARS. GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE OF PROPERTIES IS ACROSS LONDON WITH A NUMBER IN PERIPHERAL TOWNS. THE NUMBER OF INVENTORY REPORTS REQUIRED IS EXPECTED TO BE AROUND 2000 PER ANNUM GROWING ANNUALLY AS THE PROPERTY PORTFOLIO EXPANDS.
