Description
Nacro is inviting tenders for the delivery of an effective customer focused repairs and maintenance service to the properties that we manage across England and Wales. This includes the provision of emergency, general day to day and void property cleaning and repairs services. Nacro has been awarded the Bail Accommodation & Support Service (BASS) contract by the Ministry of Justice, which complements our core business, providing homes and support to people in need. Bidders for this contract, which is divided into twelve geographical based lots, will need to demonstrate that they have the experience, capacity and technical capability to deliver the service to the specification required.
