Description
The Works involve the appointment of a Contractor to work with the Contracting Authority to undertake a variety of Works within the Contracting Authorities' sites over an anticipated 4 year term with, at the Contracting Authorities sole election, the possibility of a years extension. The full term in any event will be no longer than 5 years.
The individual Orders range from £1,000 to £75,000 in value (excluding VAT) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue Orders outside of these values from time to time. The approximite annual expenditure is estimated to be £1,800,000 per annum.

1) Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once):

- Click on the PQQ title: 'pqq_832' to access the content,
- Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page,
- This will move the PQQ into your 'My PQQ's' page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only),
- You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ Details' box,
3) Responding to the tender:
- Click 'My Response' under ' PQQ Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining),
- You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification,
- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ
