Our investigations highlighted that the roof surfaces are in a poor state of repair and urgently require replacement.

London Borough of Hounslow wish to carry out refurbishment works to the balcony / walkway structures to two blocks at Montgomery Court
Investigations highlighted that along with a new walkway surface, the balconies and walkways require concrete repairs and decorations to the soffits.
7 - 18 Burden Close - Roof Works
London Borough of Hounslow wish to carry out roof covering replacement works including renewal of insulation at the above property
