Description
This call-off agreement agreement will include: - The replacement of LLA network equipment that the manufacturer (HP) has identified as older models & end of life. - Manufacture's support - Additional equipment to support LLA's operational growth - HP Maintenance and direct access to HP support centre for fault diagnostics and hardware replacement within SLA/KPIs

Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
