Description

NHS England wishes to advise potential bidders of its intention to procure providers of talking therapies service for children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma, including sexual trauma, in Norfolk, Suffolk and Hertfordshire. It is recognised that people who have experienced trauma have better health outcomes if they can access a course of talking therapy to enable them to reduce their anxiety and distress and to help them to form relationships of trust in future. Specific services responding to trauma are not extensively available in these counties and NHS England is shortly to offer the opportunity to provide these services for a two year period. There will be 3 lots - one for Norfolk, one for Suffolk and 1 for Herts
